Women's Workplace Challenges: Update from Ruth Silver Taube

International Women's Day is March 8 and the theme is #PressforProgress. Ruth Silver-Taube will update us on the legal and organizational aspects of human trafficking, sexual abuse and harassment, employment, and other challenges for women (nationally and locally). Ruth Silver Taube is the Supervising Attorney of the Workers' Rights Clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center at Santa Clara University School of Law, Legal Services Chair of the South Bay Coalition to End Human Trafficking, Coordinator of the Santa Clara County Wage Theft Coalition, Board member of San Jose Peace and Justice Center, and Founding Member of the Bay Area Equal Pay Collaborative.
